Meaningful Mondays- What is Intentional Jewelry?

Why do I advertise my jewelry as “intentional jewelry” and what the hell does it mean???

Well, for many reasons! To start off I have fallen in love and used crystals for many years of my life. I have fallen in love with their coolness, beauty, magic, and how interesting they truly are. Crystals, as opposed to some beliefs, are not dark or scary, they come from our beautiful Earth and are meant to be guides, protectors, general cheerleaders for us silly humans on this silly journey of life. With my background knowledge and intuition I like to “intentionally” 😉 pair up crystals that I feel will work, amplify and align well with one another. I also sometimes use color therapy in said pairing and feel what crystals look good together but that energetically still align as well. 

Additionally, I enjoy setting my own “intention” to my pieces whether I make a piece for spiritual and energetic protection, or to enhance one’s self loving and sensual energy, or to bring in more abundance and manifestations in, I intentionally pair up colors and crystals to amplify whatever it is that wants to come through or what a wearer would like more of if I am creating a custom piece for them. 

I also invite anyone who purchases a piece from me to set their own intentions for their piece(s). I recommend taking a moment to yourself and going to a place where you won’t be bothered for a few moments,

close your eyes,

breathe deeeeeply, 

hold your piece(s) in your hand,

breathe deeeeeply again,

ask yourself and your piece how can it serve you? how can you connect to it? what would you like to feel more of whenever you’re wearing it? 

pray and wish onto your piece(s), connecting to our jewelry seems silly but I am a firm believer they are our talisman and protectors throughout our days and can serve us well if we allow them to be a part of us entirely.
