All of our jewelry is handcrafted with natural materials. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique. We do not guarantee medical, metaphysical or spiritual outcomes from wearing our jewelry.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment systems such as PayPal.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically (for now) using trusted carriers. Please allow 5 business days for processing and 10 days for delivery. Solares Gems is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a package has been shipped.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not accepted. However, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 10 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please contact us at solaresgems@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
6. Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made. Estimated production time will be communicated at the time of order.
7. Repairs & Resizing
We offer resizing and repair services for select pieces. Fees and processing times will vary depending on the request. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including designs, images, logos, and written material—is the property of Solares Gems and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Solares Gems is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We are also not responsible for allergic reactions or spiritual or emotional results.
